Luxuria started working with Response Innovations on the ING DIRECT account when they first launched in Canada way back in 1997, and we’re still working on it today. And we’re continuing as they change their identity to Tangerine.
Obviously we’re doing it right. With an emphasis on direct mail campaigns, the team at Response was instrumental in ING DIRECT’s success.
